The Hyland Twins, Nathan and Nolan, entered the world 13 mins apart and forged through life staying by each other’s side. They grew up impassioned with sports, constantly training and competing together and against each other. Between them they practiced football, wrestling, weightlifting and rugby, before both focusing on Martial Arts and MMA. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA they both now reside in Gilbert, AZ and are active in the Arizona fight scene. The Hyland Twins live and breathe the philosophy and lifestyle that is martial arts – Strength, Discipline, Sacrifice and Respect.
Nathan Hyland is an amateur mixed martial artist currently training at both Maracaba BJJ and Power MMA. He is a decorated grappler and contender in the lightweight division with a 2-1 amateur MMA record. In 2017 Nathan was the State and National BJJ Champion in his class, coming away with a Bronze Medal in the IBJJF World No-Gi Grappling Championships. Nathan is the former President and CEO of Rage in the Cage and the current event manager of Optima, the most prestigious fitness conference in the country.
Nolan Hyland is a professional MMA fighter training out of Power MMA and Fitness, home of Bellator Light Heavyweight Champion Ryan Bader. Nolan is a top 10 ranked lightweight with a professional record of 5-2. In 2016, he was a quarter finalist on Stone Cold Steve Austin’s “Broken Skull Challenge”. Nolan is a Master Trainer for both NASM and Technogym. He has championship aspirations and the work ethic and attitude to back it up.
